District Central’s floral tribute to the City of Deprivation, which has no flowers: Tesori

KARACHI: Sindh Governor Muhammad Kamran Khan Tesori along with Deputy Commissioner and District Administrator Central Taha Salim inaugurated a ten-day flower exhibition at Fateh Bagh North Nazimabad.
On this occasion, Municipal Commissioner Afaq Saeed, Director of Gardens Nadeem Hanif, Director of Sanitation, Zaheer Ahmed, Director of Advertising Shamona Sadaf and other representatives of the district and municipality were present at the event.
Sindh Governor Kamran Tesori cut the ribbon and inaugurated the flower show in the presence of thousands of people. Later, Sindh Governor Kamran Tesori lauded the steps taken by Deputy Commissioner and District Administrator Central Taha Salim and his team of officers and staff to make Central District a better district and provide better urban life and pleasant environment for the people.
On this occasion, Sindh Governor Kamran Tesori announced that gold medals will be awarded to officials including financial and other workers by organizing a ceremony at the Governor’s House for the district with outstanding performance in flower exhibition in the seven districts of Karachi.
On the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Taha Saleem presented a memento to the Governor of Sindh on behalf of the Central Municipality, while the Governor of Sindh Kamran Tesori also distributed certificates of appreciation to the Municipal Officers of the Central District.
