The Delhi High Court has granted interim relief to a petition filed by megastar Amitabh Bachchan seeking protection of his name, image, voice and personality traits. A bench of Justice Naveen Chawla stayed the use of Amitabh Bachchan’s name and voice, saying that it cannot be disputed that Amitabh Bachchan is a well-known person and that his name and voice are also used in various advertisements.
