Air India: A male passenger allegedly urinated on a female passenger during an Air India flight. The man apologized to the victim and urged her not to complain, saying he did not want his wife and children to be upset by his actions, but Air India on behalf of the victim. According to the FIR, a drunken male passenger sitting in seat 8A in “business class” approached an elderly woman’s seat and urinated on her after being served food on flight AI-102 on November 26. It said he stood until the woman asked him to leave, then staggered back into his seat.

In the FIR, the victim stated that she immediately got up and informed the male operator about the incident. My clothes, shoes and purse were covered in urine. My passport, travel documents and money were in this bag. The flight crew refused to touch it, my bag and shoes were sprayed with disinfectant. Then they took me to the bathroom and gave me pajamas and airline socks to wear.

He has been identified as Shekhar Mishra, a businessman from Mumbai, aged between 45 and 50 years. Shikhar Mishra is accused of stripping and urinating on a fellow passenger on an Air India flight from New York to Delhi on November 26, 2022. The police registered an FIR against the accused following the report of the woman-victim, which she previously handed over to the airline.

A case has been registered against the applicant under various provisions of the Civil Code for insulting the dignity of a woman, indecency under the influence of alcohol, indecency in a public place as well as non-compliance with aviation rules.
