President Murmu will arrive at IIT Guwahati helipad at 1.30 pm. At IIT Guwahati, Duparia Ahar Lob took 3 different parts of the IIT program. 3 Bajat IIT Bhupen participates in ‘Param Kamarupa’ Chupa Computer Project at Rashtrapatigaraki. This research center is named ‘Sameer’.

After IIT, virtual visit to State Ninth Medical College Dhubri Medical College Hospital. Foundation laying of Mandalik branches of National Institute of Virology at Jabalpur, Dibrugarh and Madhya Pradesh will be held at Rashtrapatigaraki. State Governor Jagadish Mukhi and Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma will also participate in the Balgiya event at Bajaj on 4th. IIT program Samri Khanapar will be the state guest at Shalai Rauna.
