Requested permission. week till the matter is resolved under Section 12 of the Act.
Alizeh Sultan was directed to file his written statement on the petition.
The youths were brought by Mahila Deshdihi on Wednesday and they also met their father in the court.
The judge dismissed a separate application filed by Khan under Section 100 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) seeking the return of his children through the SHO of Gulistan-e-Jahore police station.
The hearing was adjourned till October 1 as Ms Sultan will have to file a written statement in relation to the application by then. Sultan and Khan were sworn in on March 30, 2018.
Khan claimed that he divorced Alizeh Sultan on September 3 “due to unnecessary circumstances and lack of understanding” because she was “not obedient to him,” according to a statement by his attorney Faq Ali Jagirani.
Because his client was the children’s guardian, the lawyer said, he was unable to leave them in the hands of his ex-wife because “she is a disabled woman” and he had grave concerns for their future.
The attorney said that Mrs. Sultan was preventing Khan from seeing the children and requested the court to order him to hand over the custody of the children to her permanently, while giving him once a week until the application is decided. Be allowed to see.
