Patna: According to caste-based enumeration in Bihar, the work of going door-to-door asking caste and collecting other data will start from April 15. According to the established schedule, this work will continue until May 16. In this connection, it was said that the teacher enumerators who were engaged in this work would prepare a schedule according to their convenience and carry out the work of enumeration on caste basis.
This time, caste-based enumeration will not be implemented like other programs earlier. It used to happen that to hire teachers to implement some government scheme, the school had to be closed. This time it has been agreed that the teachers engaged in the work of caste based enumeration should first teach the children in the school and then go to the work of caste enumeration.
Ten thousand rupees are given to enumerators who are in favor of caste enumeration for this work for a period of one month. At the same time, arrangements have been made to give Rs 10,500 to people at the supervisor level.
