Political maverick Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar on Saturday urged the stakeholders to review the judicial system to take Pakistan out of the current mess.
Addressing a seminar in Quetta, Mustafa reacting to the protests in Gawadar by the local fishing community said that peaceful protest is the constitutional right of every citizen, adding that our country is on the verge of political disintegration as we have not learned any lesson. For 75 years.
Mustafa while questioning the intentions of the stakeholders regarding the Balochistan issues said that the resolution of the issues in the province is a mess. “If the MPs can come together to give an extension to the former COAS for twelve minutes, then why not for Balochistan?” Khokhar asked.
He added that the country is on a double-edged sword in the form of an economic and political drain, as political parties are fighting for personal interests while ignoring the country’s prosperity.
