US State Department spokesman Ned Price says the US only supports the constitutional system in Pakistan. America is neutral on the internal politics between political parties in Pakistan.
At the press briefing of the US State Department, when asked about the regime change in Pakistan, Ned Price said that the US has a clear and consistent position on the change of the former government in Pakistan.
He also said that America does not support any political candidate in Pakistan. No one favors one party over another. We support the peaceful maintenance of democratic, constitutional and legal principles around the world and of course Pakistan is included in that.
When asked about human rights violations by the Modi government, US State Department spokesman Ned Price said America defends human rights around the world. America is the bearer of human rights.
