In the fifth T20 match played in Lahore, Pakistan defeated England by 6 runs and took a 2-3 lead in the series.

England needed 15 runs in the last remaining to win, while England captain Moeen Ali, who scored a smoky half-century, was present at the crease but the young all-rounder didn’t allow 15 runs and Pakistan won the match by 6 runs .

Rizwan also played an innings of 63 runs as he scored a stellar half-century and was named the man of the match.

With these innings, the wicketkeeper batsman became the highest runscorer in bilateral T20 series.

Mohammad Rizwan has so far scored 315 runs in five innings of the 7-match T20 series between Pakistan and England and is the first batsman in the world to score 300 runs in a bilateral series.

His five turns also include four fifties.

Previously, Babar Azam scored 210 runs in four innings against South Africa in 2021.

South African Quinton de Kock scored 255 runs in 5 innings against the West Indies.
