Lahore: (Web Desk) Interim Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi has said that the fight against polio is a fight for the future of the nation’s children.
According to the sources, a review meeting was held under the chairmanship of caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi regarding anti-polio measures. Additional Secretary for Primary and Secondary Health, In the presence of the Secretary Information, DG Health Services and concerned authorities, the Secretary for Primary and Secondary Health held a briefing on the anti-polio measures and campaign.
Interim Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi directed to take all possible steps for polio free Punjab, he also directed to ensure 100% implementation of plan formulated for polio campaign.
Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi said an anti-polio campaign is being launched in 13 districts of Punjab from February 13 to 16.
He further said that it is our national problem and everyone should work together to deal with it.
