Tehreek-e-Insaf rally in Lahore again today, decision of interim government to stop it again
Lahore (92 News) – Tehreek-e-Insaf announced that it will hold a rally in Lahore again today, the interim government decided to stop the rally again and imposed Article 144 in Lahore.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan will lead the rally from Zaman Park at 2 pm and the rally will go towards Garhi Shahu and railway station. The rally will reach Lohari Gate Chowk from Brandroot Road, Circular Road, Shah Alam Chowk. The rally will pass through Urdu Bazar Chowk and Bhatti Gate Chowk and end at Data Darbar Chowk.
The transitional government called the Rangers, today they will be deployed in Zaman Park and important places. Containers are being seized to stop the gathering, those going to Zaman Park will be blocked by containers.
Interim Information Minister Aamir Mir said that there is a ban on rallies today in Lahore, the election campaign will start from April 6. Imran Khan should not try to take the law into his own hands, if the law is not followed, strict action will have to be taken. Today there is a PSL match and a marathon race in Lahore, if an attempt is made to spoil the situation the ban may be increased.
