The accused was wearing a red shirt and blue jeans. The victim herself came in front of the camera and told the whole incident. According to the woman, the perpetrator fled when other hospital staff started arriving after she raised the alarm. Describing the further action as the responsibility of the administration, the victim informed about registration of FIR. Giving information that the limit of the hospital was very low, the victim described the place as unsafe for women.
The woman asked for barbed wire to be placed on the border of the hospital. He said, “What have I done to him. That’s why I’m targeted.” On the other hand, in this case, SDPO Jammu Police Officer Dr. Rakesh Kumar says that after registering the FIR, an unknown criminal is being traced on the basis of CCTV footage. However, the police officer denied the allegations of insecurity by the women, terming it as a first case.
